I was 136.8 all week...

but now I am back up to 139.4!
I did start my period today, though. Hopefully I will drop back down in a few days.

I started the 30 day squat challenge and am on day 4.  Besides running and the elliptical, that is the only lower body toning I plan on doing this month to see how to works!

I took Lila on a 40 min walk today, and yesterday I ran 2 miles.  I got new running shoes and my right foot (the one I broke last year) was bothering me and my stomach was upset, so that was all I was able to do.  Friday I went to the gym and did 40 min on the elliptical and upper body weights and abs.  I am still really sore from the weights!

I should end today at 1250 calories.
For breakfast:
pb puffins and a few slices of apple with pb
Lunch- grilled chicken, salad, and corn, lemon thin cookies.
Dinner- grilled chicken caesar salad
Snack- granola bar at work.

I had 3 nights of self defense training this week until midnight and I ate so much crap!  I would get so tired and hungry at 10 pm.

139...for no reason!

I really do not understand why I am gaining so much weight!  Seriously 8 pds in 7 weeks now.  This is just what happened the spring before I got pregnant with Lila.
I have been watching what I am eating all week and working out and it is going up every day.

I am getting obsessed with weighing more than once a day now that I don't keep my scale in a closet.  Our new bathroom is a large enough to have it out all the time, and I have no self control!

I am ending today at under 1400.  I am not planning on working out today.  I really am going to concentrate on getting stronger and working out this summer and try not to worry as much about my weight.  Especially since it seems hard for me to lose weight when I am going to the gym!

134.4

But I have been very bad about tracking calories.  I thought I did ok yesterday, but I checked at the end of the day and I was over 1600.
We moved last week, so I have not been working out at all.  I am going to start working out on Monday and go to my new gym.  I have not tracked today but I know I did better than yesterday,

Breakfast - homemade cinnamon roll - last one!
Lunch-tuna, triscuits and babybell cheese.
Dinner- 2 pieces of frozen pizza and peaches
