Next day, down to 135.0

I feel a bit better about that!  I packed our scale yesterday so I won't be weighing for a few days.  I ended that first day at 1215 for calories.  I did not track today or yesterday but I haven't been eating too bad.

I am so happy I tracked down a box of Barbara's peanut butter puffins cereal.  It is my favorite breakfast (with almond milk) and the the only place that has it is Whole Foods and Trader Joe's.  I finally got to TJ's yesterday and there was none on the shelf.  I have been out for about a month.  They went in the back and got one off the pallet for me.  I am stocked up with 2 boxes until my Amazon shipment of 4 boxes comes May 10th.  It is my fav 150 cal breakfast!

I got deli meat and had a sandwich for lunch (and pb puffins for breakfast).  We are bringing our first load of boxes to our new house tonight and I don't know what I am eating.  Maybe coming back here for a sandwich, maybe ordering a pizza at the new place.

I am having maintaining problems. Up to 137.2!

The scary part is that on March 15th I was down to 131.0!  I think it was just a one day fluke.  I was stressed out that week because we sold our house in one day so I was house shopping all week with our realtor.  I was just having a small bag of trail mix (cashews, almonds, and dark chocolate chunks, my fav) for lunch and then maybe some cheese and crackers or a salad when I got home. I didn't eat a real meal all week.  The next week we went out to dinner a few times and I started gaining weight.
I am on my period right now, so I will probably go down to 135 in a few days.  I was hanging out around 132.8/133 so I just really want to get back down there.  I haven't been tracking calories for months either, I am going to start doing that!  Plus, I have been hungover 3 times this last month so then I eat whatever I want all day, which is really bad!  I had 1.5 margaritas Friday night and had a hangover!

We are moving in 2 days and I am dreading it because we are planning to get takeout or pizza.  I decided I was going to get a bunch of deli meat tomorrow and just try to have sandwiches and protein shakes, but I know Lee will try to convince me otherwise!

Here is what I ate today:
Breakfast- whole wheat english muffin - 1/2 pb and 1/2 butter
Lunch- I had a chicken caesar sandwich.  Chicken mixed with caesar dressing, topped with parm cheese and lettuce on a toasted bun.  Leftovers, but I love that sandwich.
Snack - chobani bite yogurt
Dinner- I think I am going to make a protein shake.  Lee is in Dallas until last tonight so I am going to feed the kids leftovers.  My mom and I are taking the kids swimming at the indoor pool.

My WORKOUTS-
Going to start mixing things up.  I said last month that I miss the gym, and then I got a call from a local gym offering a great deal, so I am joining Aspen fitness next week.  I really want to tone up, I feel weak after just doing yoga once a week lately and that is it.

I think my goal is going to be 130 by July 1 and 125 by Sept 1.  These last 10 pds are always the hardest for me. I was feeling pretty good at 132, but I feel SO FAT and bloated at 137.
