up to 138.2.  I have gained 14 pounds total.  I think my thyroid medicine must be out of wack.  I just hate feeling so bloated and fat all of the time.
I decided last week to switch up my workouts.  2 hours a day at the gym wasn't making a difference and my son was spending too much time at the daycare there instead of with me.  So we are only going 2 days a week now, and we are going to spend more time doing fun things like the zoo and park.
I am walking more outside, still running, and focusing more on yoga and pilates.  And I started week 4 of WW but I don't do great on the weekends.  I am hoping I am still retaining water from mexican food out on Sunday night,
