Today ended with 1211.

I had light string cheese as a snack. Dinner was 2 eggs and 2 pieces of toast. My last snack was one mini trader joes gingerbread man. I wanted hot cocoa but I am too tired to make it. I am hungry but I am in bed reading and plan on going to sleep soon.

  1. Hey! If you like eggs, I had something good for breakfast that was quick, easy, filling and VERY low in calories. I took an egg and scrambled it a little in a round bowl and micrwaved it for about 35 seconds or so. Then I toasted one of those Triple Health English muffins and put it on there with a slice of reduced fat cheese. It was only 220 calories (4 points) and I can still have a piece of fruit mid morning. I am loving being able to follow each other's blogs, it is fun to have someone to help me keep on track!
