My husband and I just completed Day 1 of this diet.

The worst part was having to eat 1/2 cup of tuna with just a bit of lemon juice, relish and mustard. I like tuna but not without mayo, cottage cheese or greek yogurt to make it creamy. I was also really hungry this afternoon with just the tuna and one piece of toast for lunch.
The ice cream was excellent, though!
I weighed in at 134.4 so I will let you know how it goes. I was down to 132 earlier this week!
